I asked them to help me get my laptop camera working and to provide me with a driver for it. Instead, they turned around and told me that I would need to clean up my computer and protect and that they would help me with it for $200. I did not get any help in setting up my camera nor did I get a driver for my Chicony camera. They wanted me to pay $200 for a completely different service.
