I was contacted by this individual on 2/22/2014 by means of Christian Mingle's online dating website. About a month in to our relationship he started to ask me for money. Supposedly it was to purchase supplies from outside of the US for a contract he had been awarded with a well known construction company in Los Angeles, CA. He provided me with a copy of this contract. The address on the contract did match up with the name and address of the construction company. On five separate occasions between late March and late May 2014, this individual asked me to wire money to his business partner/friend's spouse in Germany. (That is another long story.) He promised the usual... marriage, a house, new car, paying off my past debts once the money from this contract had been paid to him and the work completed. I have yet to see any of my money returned and more interesting than that I have little to no contact with this individual now that my source of money has "dried up" and he can't get anything else from me. This individual stated that he lived in Los Angeles, CA was born in Chicago, IL on 11/17/1970 and grew up in France. He has a US passport with the name John William Mayer on it.
