So I am looking at junk email and I open up vydox and put in information to try the free trial . I put on hold to check to see if it's a scam and some how hit submit. I call the second I hit send to cancel . Person on phone say I will need to email to keep a copy of email to show what date I wanted to cancel and pretty much hung up on me. So I email the situation and they respond that they canceled my acct 3 days later. They refused to give me any confirmation number and then 12 days later they take 89.99 from acct. So I email and they send me an email saying they did not charge me look at you bank statements better. So I send them a copy of charge . They responds saying you didn't cancel until June 8th? While in the same email chain say it was canceled in May 27 2014 . Now they do not answer any emails even when I ask what state I need to file a lawsuit against them in. This is not business this is stealing . I hope this gets fixed by someone soon I will be happy and and do everything I can to make sure this company pays for doing this kind of business .
