I was cheated by Vacations Gateway by giving assurance of free gift which they told me they have shortlisted my name of basis of my bagittoday transactions and then I called the vacation gateway number to confirm the same before going ahead. They also confirmed the same and then I did the transaction of Rs. 7799. From that day they are giving one or another excuse that they are sending the gift in day or 2 and now they have stopped picking up my phone and responding to my emails.
