I ordered a necklace through this website. It took weeks to arrive and they assured me it was genuine. When it arrived it wasnt even similar to the one I ordered and clearly fake. They will not provide a refund or a return address and are requesting that I pay them again for the necklace I wanted. My credit card company is investigating them to reverse the charges.
