The company has stated that I have owed them money for over a year. They stated that someone at my office authorized "advertising". I am the only person authorized to make financial decisions in this office and I never spoke with them. Also, I have no idea what services I'm supposedly receiving. Every time I've tried calling them, I am told the person I need to talk to is not available, nor do they have a voicemail. When asked to have them call back, they never do. Most of the time, my phone calls are routed internationally. The address of the company has changed several times from a company in NYC (that when I google mapped them, the address was an unmarked warehouse) to now somewhere in Europe? There is absolutely no help in resolution, just multiple notices of threats to be sent to collections.
