Took £67.00 from my account , I wasn't aware that I was sighing up for a membership , I cancelled membership 1 day after joining and requested a refund but none materialised even though I have emailed explaining that I have terminal cancer and needed my money back to put petrol in my car so I could attend an oncology appointment 60 miles away , shame on them I will be taking them through the small claims court and seeking compensation for the hardship I have suffered.
