I WAS TRYING TOO GET A BIRTH CERTIFICATE FROM THE VITAL STATISTICS IN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY-=-ONLINE--BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT I HAVE TOO HAVE FOR MY OWN PERSONAL REASONS,AND NEEDS.I AM FINDING OUT THAT IT WAS CHARGED TO MY CARD AND I DON'T KNOW IF THE COMPANY WILL EVER SEND ME THE CERTIFICATE.

- You can't download official copies of birth certificates. You either need to go to the county courthouse where you were born or give them a call and see what the instructions to do it by mail are. NO ONE ONLINE CAN GET YOU A REAL COPY
