I had a payday loan taken out in my name. I did not take this out and was recently notified that I was going to be summoned to court over an unpaid balance and I had never been notified of this before. I had seen this on my credit report before and disputed it, but I never heard any more information. I have been severely depressed thinking that I will be arrested over this and trying to figure out how I am going to be able to come up with the money to pay off this loan. I have not paid this in full, in fact at midnight I will receive an automatic draft from my bank account to them for the amount of 113 for this month and four more months following. I recently came across this website and wanted to try this to see if I could have any positive feedback and possibly raise my spirits in my the questions doubts and unanswered replies in how managed to incur this identity theft.
