This website is a scam. I changed my address online thinking I was on the post office's website and it would be the same $1 it has been in the past, but then I saw a $40 charge on my CC. I saw no mention of this charge on their website while filling out the forms.
Call them and demand a refund. My bank gave me their phone number, it's 855-328-4345.
