Let me start off by saying they called me at 7 AM, when I'm hungover.
Guy from India called, who I could barely understand. What I did understand, though, is that they claimed to know all my downloads, were verified by Microsoft, and could see that I had over ten thousand viruses on my computer. Only after I gave them remote access to my computer that I googled UTH and came up with this scambook profile.
If this happens to you: 1- hang up the damn phone immediately
2- Call Microsoft (or any other trusted computer tech company) and get every file UTH installed removed
