Went online to enter a change of address for my new mailing address. Now realized that I submitted the request on a poser-site for the USPS. There was no information at checkout about the total cost. I only received the standard change of address confirmation from USPS. Later, I saw a charge show up on my credit card bill for $34.95 rather than the expected $1 that USPS charges. The charge was from address-change.org.
