I ordered a pair of discontinued Keen boots for my husband and knew that I would have to wait for a couple of weeks or so before shipment arrival. I realized after a month and a half (busy tax season)that the order had still not arrived so I contacted the company. The company does not exist--even the Paypal email address is invalid! I unfortunately waited too long to contact Paypal so I missed my 45 day window to file a claim. I am out 76.00 and at this time Paypal could only report them as a bogus company and apologize for the loss. Do not order from this trendy looking website!!!!I wish I had researched BEFORE purchasing :(.
