Applied for free products paid shipping only the more unordered products arrived found they had taken a total of £487.79 from my bank account.
Eddie at Customer services told me should have read T&Cs but they were not available for 14 days and why when the trial is a month would you reply in 14 days? He also told me it would be useless sending back products because they get lost in warehouse even with post office receipt.
Agreed to refund total of £120 not yet received.
