I sent for a 'free trial' sample but had to provide my credit card details to cover the £4.95 postage. Received sample with no paperwork. Then a few weeks later received a duplicate of the sample with a note saying I could return it. Only then did I notice two separate amounts taken from my credit card in addition to the postage charge the amounts taken totalled £194.95. Returned both packages asking for a full refund and spoke to my credit card company who reimbursed the payments and said it was a scam. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGEPOLE THEY ARE CROOKS! Their website said nothing about any repeat orders. As far as I was aware I was being invited to try a free sample with no obligation to purchase anything; with the exception of the postage, no prices or charges were ever mentioned. The website came up as a cookie on my Yahoo email page and I have seen it there again recently. I would inform Yahoo but cannot find any way of doing this. I now realise the photographs used by Equinox/Sheridan Laboratories are probably fakes and I was conned into believing their lies.
