I ordered two samples one from Phoenix Labs and they had another product called Equinox which I paid them around $3.99 and $4.99. Today they charged my charge card $ 97 and $ 96 and some foreign customer service are retarded. I told them I want my refund and they said for me to mail it back, address was on website one product went to California for Phoenix and Equinox went to Nevada. They will refund these products once they receive them and charge me $20 restocking fee for each that is $40 plus I had to pay my own shipping fees which I did and insured it and asked for signature since they are a scam. I told them I expect the entire refund or I will pursue them. Do not order from these people. They have too many complaints and when I asked for a manager they told me he isn't available. When I asked for supervisor they told me supervisor doesn't get on the phone.
