Paid above amount (includes 2-day express shipping) on June 2nd to have birthday basket delivered to grandson for his birthday. June 4th came and no basket delivery. Tried calling company and was directed to automatic customer service menu. Tried emailing, received email apologizing for delay. Requested tracking number to track item never received. Called company and selected to place order, finally talked to a "real" person, but they could not track my order because they could only do "data entry." They gave me a direct number to the store, but it was a "fax" number. It is already June 6th, my grandson did not receive a birthday basket and I am out the above amount. How sad!!!
