I saw the ad on Facebook, $1.03 for trial amount, $3.87 shipping and handling. Saw no other mention that i was acquiring a membership or that any other amount would be taken from my bank account, then found the $94.31 deducted from my bank account. When i called to try to return unopened product to get a refund, i was told i am not eligible for a refund. The foreign operators at the call center were very hard to understand and they just kept saying, sorry and then hung up on me. Repeatedly, because i kept calling back. I cannot afford to lose this much money. They did not care how this affected me in any way. Wouldn't give me anyone over the supervisor to talk with or any kind of company information or address. Very rude people. I got scammed and i never thought it could happen to me.
