I ordered LU*MISSE 5/57/14 Order#751662534. There was no company name associated with this product (Advertised on Facebook. I received the free item along with some RX Repair Snake Venum Cream. I called the Service customer service (which is probably outsourced to a call center which is probably in India, based on the person who answered the phone 1-800-470-2330) I stated that I didn't order this snake stuff and she said that I had ordered these two items as a routine scheduled shipping contract. (It was probably written on the fine print that people can't read)I knew that this was a scam, because she said that I would have to cancel the prescription and pay for these items to be mailed back. It confirmed that this my a scam. I told her that I would not pay for any returned product. I told her to speak to her supervisor about this. She put me on hold for about 5 mins. and said that her supervisor had allowed me to ship these items "return to sender) I asked her to send me an email detailing my my detailed conversation and copy of form that officially canceled my order. I still have not received email and probably never will. I told customer service lady that I was going to report this complaint to the UT DA and BBB. I have read similar complaints on your website regarding this "company"????? and what number they can call to cancel their own scam orders, but I cannot post number on their posts. So as a consumer advocate, Please post the number 1-800-470-2330. I hope that they get results. Good Luck!!!!!
