Clearview told me to switch my gas and electric supplier to it for a much lower price. When I changed to it, I found my gas and electric supply fee was much higher than my old one. Sometimes, I need to pay $600 per month, but my old one might only need to pay at most $300 per month. And there was no unit price on my bill, only a total fee I needed to pay. I asked them why it was not cheaper as they promised at first, they said that the price fluctuated with market usage. When I searched price information on their website, I found there was no information about gas supply on their website at all. Then I called to switched my service back to my old supplier, Clearview told me the change would only be effective from next month, and they would charge me for an early termination fee, because they automatically enrolled me into a 12-month-contract without asking me. For the whole winter, Clearview charged me $900 more compared to my old supplier.
