My wife ordered a jar of Anti ageing cream on a free14 day trial offer, paying postage only. The terms were very carefully worded as to be easily misunderstood.
A second pot arrived two days ago and on checking our bank account we found we had been charged £185 (310$}. in total.
I am now attempting to get a full refund, but am very doubtful.
Dealing with a Box Number in the UK, but think that phonecalls are automatically redirected to the USA, all voices are American
