I ordered 2 AMEX Card on 10/31/2013 and 1 Galaxy Y duos cell phone in 11/14/2013. I called them 1 month after, they said they don't have enough orders yet. Same answer 60 days and 90 days after. On 3//24/2014 I requested a refund; received an e-mail confirmation that they got the request. Almost 2 months later,June 3,2014; I called, they said they lost the paperworks for the refund request and that they have to re-process it. It is very difficult to contact their customer service too. I think this company is a riff off.
