I ordered a sample product, which arrived for the correct amount charged to my credit card. There was nothing on the advertisement to say that further charges or deliveries would happen.
Then 2 other charges were taken from my card without permission. When I called them, I was told that the name against the charge on my card was their ID but that they had not charged anything to me.
