I bought a voucher from them on 14th May 2014, they then deducted my $88 on 16th May 2014. There was no notification send prior to that, until I saw an email mention welcome to premium club. I nearly fainted. I wasn’t even aware of this! So i went to check out the website again and indeed the tick at the premium membership is a DEFAULT. So customers who are unaware about it will just agree with the T & C without unticking the box!
Followed by, just now when I call their office, no one pick up the call. Until I call them about 50 times, the indian lady name Pheepa Magantharam pick up. She was so rude and sarcastic. She say go ahead to report to police or newspaper as you wish. She even blame all mistake is on us.
Why should I get charged by all these unneccessary membership? It is a very tricky company to get customer to sign up something that they don't even know about it in the first place. This never happened to me when I bought deals from other dealsite except this! I'm not paying for something willingly and I felt cheated! All i can do just is just get my card changed to prevent them deducting my money again!
