CA93552 both fronted in the UK by Pioneer Labs at the above Linlithgow address offer Free Sample Offer and then attach time-limit contract payments on a separate page without any indication within the original text of such obligation - except one word at the end of the page "Terms". The email address supplied differs from the one they are emailing me from - and they are also using a "via" email address for diversion. Clearly fraud!
I've got in touch and they refuse to supply a UK street address so I can serve papers on them. They have offered to pay me 50% back, however I have still not seen the money. Now laying a complaint at my bank.
