I was prompt by "Driver Support" to instal their program when I was looking for a printer driver. They claimed to be partner with Microsoft and I found this company on HP web site. It gives the impression that's a free program somehow related to HP. In the last minute, after filling some forms one's prompt to pay 29.90 + 10 for "an year extension"... It's outrageous to see companies that are using customer's good faith and besides infecting our computers are even getting paid to do so. After a scan it found over 20 drivers "outdated on my computer plus the "free" scan of the system found thousands of unwanted stuff. The company then proposes to clean up your computer for $299.90
After I refused to pay they proposed $169.90. A declined and after that they just said to used their program myself to update the drivers, what initially the ad said the "technician" would assist all the way by phone. It is a scam!
