The representative of Ocean Canyon properties told us that we had to pay an additional $5000 if we wanted to sell our property and this was after we had already paid $6000 previously for it to sell. This is a scam and the salesman said no matter what we did that we would still have to pay it and our kids would be stuck with it after we died. We are in our 80's and do not have the money. Isn't there a state or federal agency that we can contact.
