For some this might be a new one that capitalizes on News about big lottery winnings and how the winners turn philanthropists and make donations world wide. I am a 'beneficiary' but in order to get my stupendous amount of donation wired to my bank I need to open an off shore account which will cost me $350/-..Now I suspect that I am not the only one to have received this mail from the 'generous' donors..and that if each one of us , maybe thousands by now, were to make the minimum deposit..well that would be a tidy sum wouldn't it?
