I ordered a free sample of RTVL (paid shipping of $4.95). I was toldI had 14 days to try it and then I could cancel if I did not want it. My checking has been charged $39.00 for the product plus the shipping. I called them after I visited my bank. They said I ordered it on the 9th of May and I received it the 16th and the 23rd would be 14 days. I could not understand the man. He did not have a supervisor who would talk on the phone. (877-493-2090). I also had same issue with Equinox which has to be used with RTVL. Same outcome and same charges. (877-524-0260). ANGRY!!
