The advertising "come-on" was to pay shipping on a sample of Skin Rejuvenation Regimen. Put shipping chg. on credit card. Two months later I received ANOTHER package, which I returned unopened. The product was not satisfactory for my skin - I had burning and itching reaction to the RENEW cleanser. NOW, I HAVE BEEN BILLED FOR TWO PACKAGES on my credit card. I called, but didn't get much satisfaction regarding a refund (only $20) If I don't get a full refund (or at least $24) I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. I feel I have been scammed and ripped off!! Thanks for your considertion with a refund.
