I took advantage of an offer that said " sign up for subscription to this business and receive 289 coins". The offer stated that I must submit a credit card and follow through with signing up in order to receive the coins. I did that on May 8th. However, unlike other offers that completed, this one did not award me my coins. On May 8th I submitted an email to support. A day later, they emailed back and said they needed proof of membership or a confirmation email, etc. So on May 9th, I submitted my email address that I used to sign up for the membership as well as my membership number given to me by the business I signed up for. Then on May 12th they emailed back and said "we need the exact confirmation email received when i signed up for the membership. So on May 13th, I forwarded the confirmation email requested. On May 14th, they notified me that basically my email wasn't enough for them to give me my coins and they would have to get further proof by escalating the issue and asking the 3rd party business if I, in fact, was a member. They told me it would take 3-5 days. On May 20th, I emailed back to see where things were. No response. On May 21st, I emailed them to see where things were. No response. Today is May 22. I emailed them again this morning. Of course now, I am feeling like they are neglecting to resolve this issue. I can't believe they wont just do the right thing and issue me my coins. In the least, they should be staying in communication with me. Very disappointing and aggravating. Even when they eventually issue me my coins, I will look back on this whole experience with resentment for what they put me through. Their system needs to improve if this is the way they deal with support tickets.
