OMG, can't believe I was so naive! On April 18th I signed up online for a sample of this product for $1.99 USD with a brand new Mastercard. Twelve hrs. later, I got an email thanking me for my order amounting to $139.90USD. I called immediately to complain and was told they had already sent it and there was nothing I could do. When I really pressed, they gave me instructions on how to return it NO LATER THAN May 2nd. I made note of the number, gave myself a smack in the head, and waited. On May 3rd (that date CANNOT be an accident), my neighbor came with 2 notices from post office with customs/duty charges amounting to $60. I elected not to pick them up and thought they'd be returned to the company and I could get a refund. Imagine, having to pay $60 for the privilege of returning something I never wanted to begin with! Outrageous! When I checked my credit card charges, I found they'd charged me $160+ CAD. I called this morning and was told if I didn't pick it up, the post office would return it to their warehouse who would "just throw it out" and I would still have to pay. So, with duty and product, it's now over $225.00. I ran for the shower and in the space of that 10 mins., decided I'd have to pick up the stuff from post office ($60+ duty) to minimize the damage. I called back to get another one of those "return product numbers" and was now told, this product has been returned and received and there were 2 emails sent to me advising that the charges would be refunded. In the space of a TEN MINUTE SHOWER! Sure enough, I have 2 emails indicating they will be crediting my card. Who knows when that'll be? If I had been smart to begin with, I would have done a quick google search and found thousands of complaints about piggy-back selling and this company. Anything to do with Bellaplex or Luminique DON'T DO IT. Sort of ironic the number of wrinkles this experience ADDED. I've learned my lesson!
