I was scammed by the company and they stole money out of my account when I called and demanded a refund. When I purchased the the package for $250 I told the man on the phone that the only reason I was buying the package was for a hotel and the seven day car rental to co-inside with a cruise that I bought for June out of Palm Beach.I told him I probably would not even be able use the other vacations in the package. First off he told me that they did have a property in Palm Beach that I would be able to book a room at and did not say that the car rental could not be used for that trip. When I called to make the reservation they told me they do not have one there. He told me that the closest one would be in Ft. Lauderdale I demanded a refund and he told me I could not get one but he would not charge the last payment of $75 for the inconvenience and mix-up. I caved and said that would be okay. Then when I asked what I needed to do to reserve the rental car he said that I could not use the car rental for that vacation I had to use it for the Orlando one. I demanded a refund and told him that is not what I was told when I bought the package. He refused and said there was nothing I could do about it. A couple days later I saw another $315 charge on my card for the day that I demanded a refund. They had went back and stole money out of my account because I demanded a refund.
