We answered an ad for posting ads online. We were then called by Impact Knowledge Institute and they asked how much money we'd want to make. We said we'd like to make about $5,000.00 a month. They then asked if we'd have 7-10 hours a week to spare. We said yes and then they asked what major credit cards we had and how much our limits were. Then we found out we were supposed to be selling on E-Bay. We were told that if we did everything they told us to that we were sure to have our money back in three months. We had three days to cancel this investment but when on the second day we felt this wasn't for us and called in to cancel, they wouldn't accept our decision and tried to talk us into doing it anyway. Finally they told us they'd call back the next day. When we spoke again they told us to read our terms and conditions but never explained the process. When we finally spoke with resolutions manager he never mentioned what we needed to do to cancel. Only after it was too late did they explain what we should have done. We then tried to do the program but found the work to be much more than they said, and often took 20-25 hours a week to complete assignments. They also left us with the impression that they would take care of setting up a web site for no extra cost, but there were always people calling about setting up the site for extra fees. (One web site company told us that our web site wouldn't come up in the google search for at least six months.) How were we to get our money back in three months then? Dropshipper fees were another thing that we were not prepared for. Whenever we needed ready coaches they were not readily available, but they tell us they will always be there when we need them. ( Calling back a few hours after I need them is not readily available!) They told us that if you can turn on a computer then you can do this program, but our coach didn't even know how a Mac computer worked so we had to figure it out on our own. We then called the resolutions manager to see if this could be resolved and he gave us hope that we'd get our money back. We sent an email stating what our reason was for wanting to cancel. Then he told us that we had a valid concern that he also felt. He acted like he was on our side but he had to send everything to administration and they wouldn't accept. He then told us we would try a different approach and that never happened. Now, when we wanted to speak to him again he would (forget) our appointments. When we asked to talk to administration they said they'd call us back but never have. The resolutions manager took a very unprofessional approach and told us we were whining and that he never wanted to talk to us again.
