Paid for a full years membership, they would ot service the acount. Had a problem with the washing machine, it was leaking I talked with numerous people, finally spoke with Gabriel, At Universal, who supposedly handled their cllaims, had to treaten a lawsuit to get someone to come out.. They did not fix the machine.
