Purchased code from Envato (code canyon) on 10th May which did not work, emailed author 5 times on the 4th he asked me to email his colleague which I did - no answer. Emailed Envato 2 times & created 2 support tickets - no answer - raised a PayPal dispute and was immediately banned from my Envato account so no way of checking support tickets, emailed them again today (16th May) and the author. Waiting to hear back.
Very poor customer service, not expecting to get a refund.
Hope this helps others to avoid.
