I have tried to contact the customer service & the shop owner as I have received no shipping confirmation after the purchase. I became suspicious after a couple days as it is stated that the order will ship in 2-3 days. I used PayPal & payment was sent to Liu Jia Jia.......bizarre! Wish I had checked out this online shoe store before ordering,quite confident now that this is a bogus company.
