I was called yesterday to ask if I was happy with my purchase of Bitdefender. I said that in fact I had a problem that Bitdefender couldn't solve. They said they could fix it there and than but they needed my credit card number to identify me. I gave them the number but not the three digits at the back thinking They couldn't use it this way. They solved the computer problem, but never asked me for money or to become a member.Today I see in my mailbox a bill for $189 withdrawn from my credit card and a message welcoming me to a "club"which , reading the conditions you can virtually never leave unless they dump you.I never consented to payment, thought this was part of the Bitdefender services, in short I was deceived. I rang my credit card company to correct this and have to now file a complaint about the payment
