I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and order the trail RVTL cream for free with a charge of $4.95 for shipping. The product arrived with no packing slip inside the box. Then I notice on my credit card there was a charge for $66.94 for reocurring charges. When I called the number associated with the charge on my account, I was feed a lot of garbage about, I had to cancel the product within 14days. There was nothing on the website, no packing slip with a number to call to cancel.This company led me to believe that was receiving a trial size for free and that was all. I call seven time, trying to speak with someone in authority that could help me get my money refunded. The people that I talk with sound like foreigner from another country. When asked for their names, they gave American names like Mike Brown,Jim Lewis,Ryan Little, Jenny Garcia,Eric Smith, are just a few of the scam names that they use. This company is only interested in scaming people. They knew that I was not a satified customer and they did not care. Their concern was that they couldn't refund because I didn't cancel within the 14 days(which I knew nothing about). Most reputable company have a 30day money back garantee, not this one, PLEASE BE AWARE, IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE,IT NOT TRUE. THAT'S THE RED FLAG TO RUN. THESE PEOPLE WILL DRAIN YOUR CREDIT CARDS AS LONG AS THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT.
