I have a number of issues. 1st - free airfare tickets. I rec'd confirmation # but was never called back after completing the info (as was stated). Called you; was told to e-mail them; did that & was sent reply that tickets were suspended & nothing can be done!! Rip-off!!! So went ahead & arranged trip by self. 2nd - Called to change Visa info; Was told both you & SaversCity it would be changed on; now charged only by you and now can't get onto SaverCity,it says "not member". Rip-off #2!!! Have been member for couple of years, never used so now when want to use I find I have been scammed!!!!
