Company sends emails proposing "free" sample kit, it comes and you are hooked up for monthly payments. In attached letter it said that you could return the product with some "RMA#" supposedly printed on the envelope. So if you through the envelope away, you are hooked. I did not, so I looked - no RMA#. Great! I called, person told me that he could provide me with this number, however instead of providing it he kept talking about greatness of their product. At last he informed me that I can just pay $24.99 and do not do anything else, and that would be the price of me getting rid of them. I already spend a lot of time, so I agreed. It remains to be seen if that will be the only charge they make to my credit card.
