On the 3rd of May 2014 I applied for a loan of £100 over 12 months on-line i recieved an sms message with a link telling me i "Have Been Accepted" with a bit at the bottom saying repayments of £10.66 a month and something about a fee of £67.76 (taken from my account on the6th)this made it appear that i had beenna ccepted for a loan and the fee was actually for the loan, where what i got was a list of companies I could have got from google the £67.76 was taken on the 6th despite me contacting them several times BEFORE they took the money they still took it I contacted them and followd their cancellation instructions and filled in acancelation form on-line i then recieved a reply telling me I had to write in and cancel, and that i should keep logging in and checking my account for updates They finally got back to me today offering £38.12 saying they were taking £15 for something called credit cleaner which i have no informnation about can't find anything in my account for it nor did i ask for or want it and that the rest was for £1 a day for using and acessing the site even though this is what i needed to do to get the informnation i needed about the progress of my refund I feel they charge a set amount a day to acces the site and they deliberatly strech things out to buy more time and make more money
