They hit my debit card with a charge for $80.08 claiming I bought books I never did. I had an account that I had paid off with QPB which is part of them in 2010. I called BOMC and they stated it was for books from 2 years ago at an address I didn't even live at. I called my bank, canceled my debit card, and got another one. The bank gave me a temporary credit for the amount. I then filed a claim form and 3 months later, the bank sided with me and BOMC won't get a dime. It's time consuming, but see it through! You can beat them!!
