I would never have agreed to this exhorbitant charge for tweeking a personal computer, as I could have almost replaced the computer for this amount. I was only aware of the magnitude of these charges when I received my month end bank statement recently. Furthermore I have not had any noticable benefit from Safecart, but more glitches than ever on my computer.
