SCAM. I was told i would receive information in the mail regarding the new policy i opened, and never received it. When i had a claim for AC repair i called Stanley. I didn't have my policy info and they were not able to find my info. This was very frustrating after i was placed on hold for 10 min and told i would recieve a call back. I never did. Funny, they were able to take my CC number 9 months previously for the payment for the policy (approx $275)
I paid for the repairs out of pocket (cost: $350). WHen Stanley’s renewal department finally decided to call me (after attempting to charge my CC for a renewal without my permission, thankfully the card had expired)i explained the complaint and requested at least partial reimbursement for the repairs. They agreed ONLY if i would renew my policy. They make it very easy to take your money, but impossible to get repairs when you need them. This is just a SCAM. BUYER BEWARE!
