I ordered a Transit Period Guide with 60 day money back satisfaction guarantee. Within a couple of days I had gone through it word by word and realized none of it applied to me! Also there was nothing in that had been indicated in the advertisement which stated rush or you will miss out on major changes happening within days. When I went on chat the operator didn't want to give me a refund, then offered me a 50% refund, and after I insisted she said I would get my credit card payment refunded in 3-5 days. I have never received my refund, even after going on the chat line twice and called.
