I was trying to download software for Adobe Acrobat X1 for 3 years @ $16.99, come to find out when I checked my credit card, I paid $99.98 hidden charges I did not see. I contacted the company by telephone and left a voice mail. No live employees. I did not receive an invoice or confirmation until I ask for the invoice.
