I ordered a free trial sample online through a advertisement and agreed to pay the shipping of $5.95, there was no information about an autoship program that I would automatically be enrolled in. I haven't been through the entire trial period and I received a two month supply in the mail today. I call and speak with brittany b. who is extremely rude and would not let me speak to anyone other than her. I informed her that I was recording our conversation and she hangs up on me. I tried to call back and no one would answer my call. I am sending the trial back and the two month supply now and I hope I receive the $89.90 that has been deducted from my account. With the unprofessionalism that I experienced today I doubt I will get a refund. Now I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau and Internet Crimes Bureau. Vivexin is a SCAM!
