I stupidly applied for a free sample of day and night serum for the postal cost of £4.95. Since then this despicable company have charged my credit card £200.00 and also my debit card. This surely is against the law as it quite clearly stated it was a FREE sample not at a cost of £400.00. I am now requesting a full refund, failing this I intend to take further action to expose this company.
