These people ring claiming your computer is at risk or has already been hacked into by hackers, they rang me conicidentally while I was already paying another computer service company Global Connect Cloud to do work on my PC. So when they ring & say ' Hi, I'm the computer guy who did work on your computer recently?..' you assume (wrongly) that it's the same company. At no time was I informed they were KBK Infotech & next you find money disappearing from your account to this group. I had money stolen by them on 21st & 26th March & only discovered it when I received my monthly mastercard statement. They ring you really frequently getting bolder & nastier eachh time - one claimed my PC was being used by hackers 'trafficing' child pornography & if I didn't pay XX amount of money Microsoft would blacklist me & I'd never be allowed to purchase any I T gadgets except Apple unless I paid up. I hung up. They keep you on the phone for a long time phoning you several days a week, & keep you on the phone for hours (in total) Banks are involved. I want my hard earned money back - pay up!
